Effective July 23, 2026
TinyRiders (“TinyRiders,” “we,” “us”) is a scheduling and coordination tool operated by Aviad Elisha, provided at tinyriders.app. TinyRiders helps small groups of families organize a carpool: tracking who's available to drive, generating a fair rotation, and letting families request swaps and message each other about the schedule.
TinyRiders is software, not a carpool service. We do not provide transportation. We do not employ, contract, select, screen, vet, background-check, license-verify, or supervise any driver. We are not a party to any arrangement to drive, pick up, or drop off anyone's children. Every driving arrangement coordinated through TinyRiders is made directly between the families involved, entirely outside of and independent from TinyRiders.
By creating a carpool group, joining one, or otherwise using TinyRiders, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
TinyRiders does: let families mark weekly driving availability, compute a round-robin schedule from that input, let families propose and accept swaps, and send reminder emails and in-app chat between families in the same group.
TinyRiders does not: verify that any parent or guardian is a fit, licensed, insured, or safe driver; confirm that any vehicle is roadworthy or appropriately equipped (car seats, seatbelts, etc.); guarantee that a scheduled driver will show up, that a swap will actually be honored, or that any pickup or drop-off will happen as planned; supervise, monitor, or have any visibility into what happens once children are in a vehicle; or mediate disputes between families beyond providing the scheduling tool itself.
By using TinyRiders, each family acknowledges and agrees that:
Carpooling involves inherent risks, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, injury, and the general risks of a minor being transported by another family's parent or guardian. By using TinyRiders to arrange or participate in carpool driving, you voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of yourself and any children in your care. TinyRiders has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the conduct of any driver or the condition of any vehicle used in a carpool arranged through the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TinyRiders and its operator from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your participation in any carpool, driving, pickup, or drop-off arranged in whole or part through TinyRiders; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your interactions with other families in your group. This does not apply to the extent a claim arises from TinyRiders' own gross negligence or intentional misconduct in operating the service itself, which cannot be indemnified away under Austrian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyRiders and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount (if any) you paid to use it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Austrian law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct in operating the service, or liability under the Austrian Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) where applicable. Those exceptions aside, TinyRiders is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty that the scheduling algorithm will be error-free, that reminder emails will always be delivered, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Each family accesses their group through a private secret link. You're responsible for keeping it confidential — anyone with the link can act as your family in the app (submit availability, request swaps, post chat messages). Tell us if you believe your link has been compromised.
A group organizer can remove a family from a carpool group at any time. When that happens, that family's data is deleted from TinyRiders as described in our Privacy Policy — this is also how you request that your data be removed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of TinyRiders after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence, if you reside in the EU, may also apply and take precedence where more protective.
